An elite 10-week summer fellowship program in Israel for college students and graduating seniors who are pursuing careers in business and/or technology.
Birthright Israel Excel was created to develop a cadre of future Jewish leaders; to deepen the ties of participants to the State of Israel; and to foster the development of a think tank of innovative ideas with collaboration between international and Israeli companies.
As students return from their internships in Israel, they become part of the Birthright Israel Excel Leadership Network. As part of this network, the participants convene for an annual retreat where they meet with prominent business leaders, politicians and leadership educators.
Israeli students can apply to be a part of the Birthright Israel Excel program as an "Israeli Peer". This is an exclusive opportunity to meet with leaders in the Israeli business world and build one-on-one connections with your peers from abroad.
